Alexander Andonian SM ’21 is a PhD competitor in electrical designing and software engineering whose examination intrigues lie in PC vision, profound learning, and computerized reasoning.
In particular, he is concentrating on developing a multimodal, generalist AI scientist that will be driven by generative vision-language model agents and will be able to propose scientific hypotheses, carry out computational experiments, evaluate supporting evidence, and verify conclusions in the same manner as a human researcher or reviewer.
Such a specialist could be prepared to distil and impart its discoveries for human utilization and perception ideally. Andonian’s work holds the commitment of making a substantial starting point for thoroughly fabricating and comprehensively testing the cutting edge independent simulated intelligence specialist for science.
Notwithstanding his exploration, Andonian is the Chief and prime supporter of Reelize, a startup that offers a generative simulated intelligence video instrument that easily transforms long recordings into short clasps — and began from his business coursework and was upheld by MIT Sandbox. Additionally, Andonian is a founding AI researcher at Poly AI, an early-stage AI design tools startup supported by YC.
Andonian procured a SM from MIT and a BS in neuroscience, material science, and math from Bates School.
