Furthermore, different goals, for example, those that laid out the GGEs and OEWGs on network safety, likewise assume a part, as states allude to some of them all through discussions.
This is especially true of the UNGA resolutions that were passed in 2018 and 2020 to establish the OEWG. These resolutions are procedural in nature, reflect on other issues like propaganda, and do not exactly match the GGE reports.
